New England Cucumber Salad |

If you're using small or English cucumbers, just wash and slice. If it's a large one, you should peel it, cut it in quarters length-wise, seed the quarters, and slice them into little chunks.
Put the mayo, sour cream, and vinegar in a bowl and stir them together.
Slice the cucumber, mince the red onion, and add them to the bowl.
Add the salt and pepper and mix it all up. Put the salad in the fridge until you're ready to serve it.
