Oven-Barbecued Chicken |

Put the chicken thighs in a bowl and pour a half a cup of barbecue sauce over and mix it all up. Let it sit for 10 minutes or so while the oven warms up.
Pre-heat your oven to 425°F.
Line a baking tray with parchment. and place the chicken thighs, skin side down, on the tray, reserving the barbecue sauce in the bowl.
Put the tray of chicken in the hot oven and let it bake for 20 minutes, then flip it over, skin side up, and pour the rest of the sauce from the bowl over it. Put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Turn the oven to broil, baste the chicken with another quarter cup of barbecue sauce, end let it broil for 2–3 minutes until the top is caramelized. Don't let it burn.
Serve with s salad.
